The studio will be available for your use only during the hours it has been booked for.

Your booking must include any time you need to set up, clear up and/or transfer data to your personal device(s). Please ensure you have taken this into account when making your booking.

Your session starts from the time you booked the studio and not from the time you start recording or the time you arrive.

Please ensure you leave the studio in the state you found it in when your session has finished.

If your session overruns, you may be able to extend your session by paying the hourly rate if the studio and /or staff are available. Otherwise, you will need to rebook to complete the recording.

The Client is fully and solely responsible for any breakages or damage to the supplied equipment, and grants permission to Calibre Studio, part of Calibre Audio, to charge The Client for these damages.

Please notify a member of staff as soon as possible if damage occurs to any equipment.
